What tennis balls do professional tennis players use?
I was watching Andy Murray play the other week and i was wondering what make of tennis balls they use . Do they just use standard balls such as Slazenger or something like that? Im trying to build an essay on tennis players.

Theses are the balls they use at each grand slam:
Wimbledon: Slazenger
US Open: Wilson
Australian Open: It was Slazenger, it is now Wilson.
Roland Garros / French Open: Dunlop
and even though it is not a grand slam, The Davis Cup uses Wilson.
Depending on where you saw Andy play, he could of been using any ball.. Hope this helped =]
tennis balls theyy buyy.
green furry ones
All kinds. I’d guess that they’d either use Dunlop or Wilson.
Well I can say that at the US Open the official ball was Wilson.
Here, click the link below and then on the left hand side click on "Making of the Official Ball" its quite interesting.
They use whatever they are given at the tournaments they go to. There are official balls for every tournament but the makes vary depending on where they are.
wilson or prince
At wimbledon they use the genral Slazenger specially for wimbledon but they do sell them in Sports Direct. Also if you want A ball used my andy murray they sell them for £5 at wimbledon when its on. I buy one every year. But im not sure what they use in other Grand Slams hope it helped
