Someone can correct this text?
I’ve been in California for three weeks, at a language school in Riverside, only to an hour of Los Angeles!
I am in a big residence with many gardens, a swimming pool, a football pitch, a tennis court and a little theatre. Yes, you have read it right! We haven’t used it yet, but we are preparing a theatre play in English.
We’ve been practising the language for all day. We have five hours off class every day, unless Saturday and Sunday. At the afternoon we play sports, we do gymkhanas or adventure activities, we watch films, we practise the theatre play... All the activities we do are in English so we speak English all day. We have visited the country too. Last Saturday we went to Los Angeles and we visited Hollywood. It was amazing!
Here in California some people speaks on knows Spanish. This is good because some teachers understand you if you say something in Spanish.
One problem I have had is that we have to wake up at 7.30 am and from Monday to Saturday and we are really tired on Sunday, the day when we can do what we like.
I’m really enjoying this English course in Riverside. I’ve known a lot of friends from all the world and, of course, I have improved my English.
