Having been an internet / computer geek since about 1999 this is a question I get asked many times and the answer is yes, absolutely! The service was pretty good but not great and certainly not cheap. Another option I am currently looking into and one you may want to check out is satellite tv for pc.
This is a more economical alternative and offers more than 3000 channels from across the globe. Best of all with a one time fee (less than half of what I paid for my cycling tv subscription) it is a great value for sure.
